Shipping + Returns
You are responsible for shipping costs. We cannot provide refunds for shipping costs, nor can we cover the cost of returning an order. However, if you are returning an item because it was defective or because it was not the correct item, we will pay the return shipping costs.
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders—see below). You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment used to place your order.

Your refund will be processed up to three business days after your return is received, though it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged.
You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs.
If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
